Bell & Ross - BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic

Since its foundation in 1994, Bell & Ross has always had a privileged link with the world of aviation, becoming, over time, a benchmark in the field of instrument watches. In 2011, the Maison presented the Red Radar, which immediately caught the attention of aviation enthusiasts and was also very successful in commercial terms. As the name suggests, the watch was inspired by aircraft radar screens for its dial design. The company now offers a new, updated version, called BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic, produced in a limited series of 999 pieces and part of the iconic Flight Instruments collection. What catches the eye above all is the dial, whose graphics reproduce the wide light beam of a radar screen and which is protected by a red anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The hours and minutes are indicated by rotating discs, on which are drawn the screen-printed silhouettes of two aircraft. The innermost fighter aircraft indicates the hours, the outermost airliner the minutes. In addition, a slim central analogue hand indicates the seconds. The new BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic from Bell & Ross is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement, calibre BR-CAL. 302 and comes with two straps, one in rubber and the other in ultra-resistant synthetic canvas. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 10 atmospheres of pressure.
Price: 3,900 euro.
