A legacy of the first subscription models translated and applied in a contemporary key, Breguet's Tradition was presented last year for the first time in a ladies' version. In 2017, a new version arrives in pink gold. Characterising it, as does the entire collection, is the display on the dial side and back side of the largest number of movement components. In the centre, the barrel is hand-engraved in the shape of a rosette, overlaid at 12 o'clock with the hours and minutes in natural white mother-of-pearl, guilloché with a clou de Paris motif. Positioned at 10 o'clock is the retrograde seconds indicator. The plate and bridges, with a sand-blasted finish, are rhodium-plated to contrast with the pink gold of the case, embellished with 68 brilliants on the bezel. The crown is set with a ruby. The gold oscillating weight, visible from the back side, is engraved with the same motif as the barrel. The movement is the 505SR automatic calibre with a 50-hour power reserve, equipped with an inverted in-line anchor escapement with silicon levers and balance spring.
