A year after the launch of the quartz B50 calibre, a multifunction chronograph with both analogue and digital displays, Breitling presents a further development by making a chronograph that connects to the smartphone. Thanks to the B55 Connected phone, it will be possible to make certain adjustments (time setting, time zones, alarms, display and operating parameters, night mode, etc.) and to download the results of the various measurements from the chronograph to the smartphone in order to read them more easily, or to store or transmit them. The case is made of titanium with a black carbon-based coating. Functions are selected by turning the crown and activated/deactivated by means of two pushers. Recharging is done via the mains or via the USB port of a computer. It is a concept whose launch date is not yet known.
