G-SHOCK today announces the release of a new collaboration model designed with rapper A$AP Ferg - based in Harlem, New York - and creator of the hip hop collective A$AP Mob. A$AP Ferg - a world-renowned artist with an incredible number of followers in the global rap scene - is a big fan of G-SHOCK and did a live performance last year in New York to celebrate the brand's 35th anniversary. Now A$AP Ferg and G-SHOCK have teamed up to create a new watch. The GA-110FRG builds on the famous GA-110 model: this new collaboration model has a semi-transparent case and strap, with hints of blue, red and yellow on the dial. The strap and back are engraved with the Asap Ferg logo for an assured street look. The packaging is a box inspired by jewellery boxes - in pure American rapper style - bright red on the outside and yellow on the inside, making this collaboration model a real collector's item.
