Casio Edifice EFK-100

After more than 50 years of innovation in the world of watchmaking, Casio writes a new chapter in its history with the new Edifice EFK-100, the first automatic mechanical watch in the brand's history. A debut that represents the natural evolution of a consistent path: from the digital revolution in 1974 to the quest for excellence that has always guided the brand.

Casio Edifice EFK-100

The new Edifice EFK-100s are characterised by classic yet innovative aesthetics, elegant yet functional. The collection consists of five automatic mechanical models, two of them with forged carbon dials (EFK-100CD and EFK-100XPB), a composite material made by mixing carbon fibre with resin, which are then forged in a high-temperature press under intense pressure. This process produces a different surface each time, which gives the watches a unique look.

Four of the new Edifice EFK-100s have a 39 mm case and bracelet made of steel. The dial is available in green, blue, white and the aforementioned forged carbon variant. The coloured dials reproduce the effect of forged carbon through a sophisticated electroforming technique.
