A GPS smartwatch with aviation functions that allow pilots to use their voice to manage their smartphone calls and messaging: this is the new Garmin D2 Air X10. The watch includes tools dedicated to aviation, including weather forecasts, direct-to navigation that allows the pilot to set a course to any of the airports included in the database, and a horizontal situation indicator that helps the pilot know if the aircraft is positioned in the correct direction. It also includes the already well-known smart functions along with those for monitoring health and sports activities. In particular, the D2 Air X10 is equipped with the functions that enable timely health monitoring, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, allowing users to view heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, stress level and sleep and breathing parameters. In addition, the Body Battery function shows users their body's energy level, taking into account the effects of stress levels and exercise occurring throughout the day. The Health Snapshot function, meanwhile, can generate a report that users can share with a health professional. The Garmin D2 Air X10 comes with over 25 pre-loaded workouts and GPS apps for sports such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, golf and more. You can download additional workouts from Garmin Connect or create customised workouts by choosing from 1400 exercises. Available in two different colours, Ivory and Black, this new smartwatch sports a 43 mm case, satin-finished stainless steel buttons and bezel, and a reinforced aluminium back. It boasts a battery life of up to 7 days in smartwatch mode and up to 20 hours in GPS mode. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 5 atmospheres.
