De Bethune celebrates the 10th anniversary of its partnership with Only Watch by revisiting the DBS designed in 2005 for the first charity auction. From the original model, the new watch takes some design elements, such as the crown at 12 o'clock or the hours distinguished by small blue spheres made of flame-blued steel (in the current DBS, however, they are placed in the centre of the dial, rather than on the outer rim). The mechanism is different and is entrusted to the hand-wound DB2115 calibre, with a 6-day power reserve, housed in a white gold case 45 millimetres in diameter. Part of the movement is visible on the dial. The watch comes with a soft black alligator leather strap.
