Editorial - The appointments of Milano d'Oro

This week's editorial is all about Milano d'Oro and the commitment of numerous watch manufacturers to support an event that clashes, day after day (but it was foreseen), with the increasing spread of the Covid-19 epidemic in Italy.
The number of presentations unfortunately gradually decreased compared to the initial intentions of the organisers and participating companies, but others were retained.
Below you will find a list of the initiatives of the Houses that support Milano d'Oro, and contacts to make appointments or just to request information.
Among the confirmed initiatives is our Watch of the Year. The prize-giving ceremony, in collaboration with Vicenzaoro, will take place in compliance with anti-Cvid regulations, on 5 November at the Antonini Milano showroom in the beautiful setting of Palazzo Borromeo. So, with staggered entrances reserved only for the heads of the award-winning companies.
One adapts, studies new ways and employs means of communication to replace live presence, but one moves on.
Let us not give up, because one must live, not just survive. That is why I am grateful to all the people who, following my invitation, made only and simply through L'Orologio's newsletter, have decided to espouse my personal vision and the spirit of initiative of Associazione Orafa Lombarda.
