The Fortis brand created a customised watch for the 48th Gruppo d'Attacco Pavone in Rimini, the Pilot Chronograph Automatic, to celebrate its history.
The watch presentation ceremony was held on 20 December 2010, just a few days before the contingent left for yet another mission in Afghanistan, while on 7 March, on their return, there was the official handover by Antonio Natoli, Director of Time Italia Srl, distributor for Italy of the Fortis brand, in the presence of the commander of the 48th Pavone Group, Giuseppe Potenza, and Captains Francesco Romano and Antonio Mancini.
