Yesterday 25 May, we at L'OROLOGIO were among the many participants at the 2008 Blue Day at the Air Force base in Pratica di Mare. The performances of the world's most important aerobatic patrols were beautiful and exciting, but, as always, our Frecce Tricolori closed the event in beauty with their red and green white smoke.
The most frequented by pilots of all nationalities was certainly the stand Breitling (a long-time sponsor of the event), who offered us exquisite hospitality and a grandstand to watch the show and the truly impressive aerial evolutions.
Also present this year, of course, are the blue-suited pilots of the Breitling Jet Team, the world's only civil aerobatic patrol using jet aircraft, the legendary L-59 Albatros
