On the occasion of the Only Watch charity auction to be held in Monte Carlo on 23 September, Girard-Perregaux has created a special version of the famous ww.tc, capable of displaying the hours of the world. Its case (43 millimetres in diameter) is made of titanium oxide, an ultra-light material used by the Manufacture for the first time. The bezel is made of ceramic, while the rubber strap is combined with a DLC-treated titanium buckle. The movement used, a mechanical self-winding movement, is the GP 03387 calibre (63 jewels, 28,800 vibrations per hour, 46-hour power reserve), offering world-hour, fly-back chronograph and date window functions. Water-resistant to 10 atmospheres, this ww.tc (this is a one-off) is also fitted with a smoked sapphire crystal on the back, closed with six screws.
