Greubel Forsey announces its new headquarters in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Greubel Forsey annuncia la sua nuova sede a La Chaux-de-Fonds

New location for manufacturing Greubel Forseyalso in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The building brings together the four companies created by Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey, led by the two founders together with CEO Emmanuel Vuille: Greubel Forsey, CompliTime, CT Design and CT Time. Not far from the Eplatures airport, the factory consists of a main structure, designed by architect Pierre Studer, housing the development and production departments, directly connected to an old 17th century farmhouse housing the offices, the atelier dedicated to one-off pieces and a brand exhibition area. The restoration work on the farm, carried out by Gilles Tissot (an expert in the restoration of historical buildings in the typical Neuchâtel style), included the preservation of several original features such as the exterior, the foundations and the stone roof. Inside, one can still admire the vaulted cellar, a beautiful fireplace, an 18th-century room with a decorated wooden ceiling and a tiled stove, a carved door dated 1668 and a sundial symbolising the passage of time, in keeping with the new use of the building.
