Hublot presents the new Big Bang Unico Winter Sapphire and Winter Titanium Ceramic, both inspired by the winter season.
Hublot launches two new chronographs dedicated to winter, the Big Bang Unico Winter Sapphire and the Big Bang Unico Winter Titanium Ceramic. Since 2017, the year of the launch of the first Big Bang Unico Summer editions, Hublot has continued to offer models dedicated to the seasons. And now winter also has a prominent place in the brand's DNA.
Made of sapphire or titanium and ceramic in Icy white and Glacier blue, the new Winter Editions of the Big Bang embody 'glacial' elegance. To recall the season with a refined touch, which also becomes a hallmark of the Hublot-manufactured Unico movement, the watch features an oscillating weight with a snowflake design, visible through the case back.

Hublot Big Bang Unico Winter: two limited editions
The Sapphire model is produced in only 30 pieces, while the Titanium Ceramic is produced in 200 pieces.
The Sapphire edition, limited to just 30 pieces, highlights the transparency of the sapphire, while the Titanium Ceramic model, limited to 200 pieces, sports a titanium case embellished with a white ceramic bezel. Both models, with a 42 mm case and progressive numbering of the limited edition on the case back, are equipped with the Hublot's 'One Click' system, which allows the strap to be replaced quickly. The watches are supplied with two interchangeable rubber-lined calfskin straps in bright white or ice blue, to switch from track mode to nightlife mode in a few moments.

The beating heart of these new Unico Winter Big Bangs is the UNICO manufacture calibre HUB1280 (28,800 vibrations per hour, 72-hour power reserve, snowflake-shaped oscillating weight made of tungsten coated with grey ruthenium), protected by 5 patents.
This automatic movement is equipped with a double horizontal oscillating coupling, an anti-vibration system, a 'zero friction' sprocket locking device, a constant-pressure minute wheel friction system and a balance fine adjustment mechanism. Hublot's high-tech ceramic, introduced in 2018, has redefined industry standards, offering extremely high hardness and scratch resistance, in an almost unlimited range of colours. Hublot's mastery of sapphire, introduced in 2016, Instead, it gives us an innovation that allows the gaze to pass through the watch case.
With its lightweight and ultra-strong design, the brand has not only emphasised transparency, but also invented new sapphire colours and perfected the workmanship in terms of sharpness and durability. Finally, water resistance is guaranteed up to 5 atmospheres for the Sapphire model and up to 10 atmospheres for the Titanium Ceramic. The Big Bang Unico Winter Titanium Ceramic (limited edition of 200 pieces) and the Sapphire edition, (30 pieces) are available at selected Hublot outlets.
