On 11 December, in Munich, Jean-Claude Biver, President of Hublot, together with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, President of Bayern Munich, cut the ribbon of the new Hublot boutique. The evening was dedicated to a charitable cause. In collaboration with FC Bayern Munich, which offered its support with the participation of some of its players, Hublot set up a small football pitch in the boutique's inner courtyard. In the name of the reigning German league champion team, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge made a contribution to the local charity 'Artists for Kids'. 'Artists for Kids' supporter Michael 'Bully' Herbig and other players managed to raise an important sum for the project, which promotes creative talent among young people. Hublot and the club handed over a cheque for 46,000 euros to Thomas Peter Friedl (President and, together with Bernd Eichinger, co-founder of the charity).
