On 27 April, at the Hublot boutique on New Bond Street in London, Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of the Swiss brand, presented Roy Hodgson, manager of the England national football team, with a watch created in his honour. The Hublot King Power 66 Hodgson is a limited edition of 66 pieces to commemorate the year England won the World Cup. It was the idea of Roy's son, Christopher, who also collaborated with the Maison to design this timepiece. The presentation was followed by a tour and dinner at the House of Commons attended by Hublot VIP customers. Christopher Hodgson: "Dad and I are big fans of the Hublot brand, and their extraordinary vision, fusion of materials and marketing expertise, is truly incredible. It is a proud moment for me to realise this project together with my father, who is the ambassador for this unique '66' piece.
