From 25 September to 3 October, during Paris Fashion Week, an event was held to celebrate the 140th anniversary of S.T.Dupont, a brand specialising in the production of accessories and writing instruments, including some watch lines. To pay tribute to this important anniversary, celebrated in the very elegant Hôtel de Crillon in the heart of the French capital, the Maison presented a collection of retro-style lighters and writing instruments dedicated to two famous S.T.Dupont customers of the past: Hollywood icons Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart. The inspiration for the collection comes from the Riviera Bag, a beauty-case bag custom made for Audrey, and the Bogie Bag, a canvas and leather hand luggage commissioned by Bogart from S.T.Dupont. The two leather goods were reissued for the occasion and Sean Hepburn Ferrer and Stephen Bogart, the sons of the two Hollywood actors, attended the event; French actress Virginie Ledoyen was also present as patroness of the evening.
