On the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Frecce Tricolori, which will be held on 11 and 12 September at the Rivolto base (headquarters of the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale), Memphis Belle will present its new MB 339 PAN Chrono. This is a mechanical chronograph with automatic winding in titanium and in a limited edition of 313 pieces (the Frecce Tricolori are called the 313th PAN Group). It is the result of a year of research and design work that saw the precious collaboration of the Patrol pilots in its realisation, particularly in the choice of materials, the elaboration of the structure and the development of the watch design, with the aim of obtaining those characteristics of functionality, lightness, precision and legibility of data, indispensable for operational use during flight missions. A true collector's piece, whose owners will be listed in a special publication certifying the authenticity and value of the celebratory chronograph. The timepiece is contained inside a special package that echoes the lines of the military ammunition transport box and includes valuable items such as: the 50th anniversary commemorative book published by Armando Curcio editore for Memphis Belle, the 1:100 scale models of the three aircraft used by the Frecce Tricolori throughout their history (F 86E, G91 P.A.N., MB 339 P.A.N.), the Nikon waterproof military binoculars, numbered and customised with the 50th anniversary logo, the P.A.N. pin, the Remove before flight key ring and the limited edition cap not for sale with exclusive P.A.N. / Memphis Belle customisation.

Case - in non-magnetic Grade 2 Titanium, with satin or black PVD 'Physical Vapor Deposition' finish. Anti-reflective, Nato specification. Diameter ø 44 mm.
Case back - screw-locked, in solid titanium with personalisation with the 50th anniversary logo and technical specifications in high relief. Progressive numbering 313 pieces per colour.
Glass - sapphire 1700 Vickers hardness, double anti-reflective coating.
Bezel - tone-on-tone to match the colour of the dial, made of technical ceramic carbohydrate dynamised at 700 C° unscratchable.
Push buttons - in Titanium, machined from billet, rack-type, with red ergal H 2 head, for start/stop impulse chronograph reference.
Crown - in Titanium, screw-down, with crystal cabochon personalised with the 50th anniversary logo.

Dial - in three colours: Blue P.A.N., Glossy Black, Matt Black. Counters STR version, replica of the instrumentation inside the dashboard of the MB 339.
Movement - Valjoux 7750 latest version, 25 jewels with Glucydur balance-spring equipped with patented Nivacourbe 9 G tested anti-shock system, balance with Incabloc system, 40-hour power reserve. Superbly finished côtes de Genève plate.
Bracelet - in satin-finish titanium or black pvd, with solid links and screw pins, double safety clasp and extension for use on wetsuit.
