The SuperOcean Héritage Chronographe by Breitling

Il SuperOcean Héritage Chronographe di Breitling

Do you have a sporty soul? If so, the new SuperOcean Héritage Chronographe from the Breitling is just right for you. The watch, which will be officially presented at the 2008 Basel Salon, has an imposing character and is closely reminiscent of the first model in the SuperOcean collection, dating from 1957 and equipped with a monobloc case capable of withstanding depths of up to 200 metres and with which the House marked its debut in the underwater field. The latest heir to this historic line, in a chronograph version, is presented in a 46-millimetre-diameter steel case housing a mechanical selfwinding Breitling calibre 13 movement, based on an ETA and chronometer-certified by the COSC. The dial bears, as it did fifty years ago, the Breitling signature surmounted by the stylised letter "B" in 18K gold. Another distinctive feature is the triangular luminescent hand that enables the wearer to read the time even in the darkness of the great depths. This new model is offered with a bracelet Ocean Classic in braided steel, or with a rubber Ocean Racer strap available in three colours, black, blue or bronze, which match the nuances of the dial and bezel.
