Kering and Ulysse Nardin announce that they have signed an agreement for Kering (which owns, among others, the Gucci, Girard-Perregaux and Jeanrichard brands) to acquire 100% of the capital of Ulysse Nardin. The watch brand will thus join the "Luxury - Watches and Jewellery" pole of Kering, headed by Albert Bensoussan. Chai Schnyder, Chairman of the Board of Ulysse Nardin, said: "Joining Kering is an opportunity for Ulysse Nardin. It will allow the brand to pursue its international expansion and continue to innovate while perpetuating its savoir-faire and maintaining its identity. I am delighted that Ulysse Nardin has found in Kering its best partner."
