Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon Monogram White

Tambour Horizon Monogram WhiteSince its launch last year, Louis Vuitton's Tambour Horizon connected watch has continued to evolve, adding new features and multiplying its customisation potential. Available in three unisex versions with a peripheral 24-hour ring, it can now be personalised with a white ring around the dial for a more feminine style. Thanks to its design, its numerous functions, its wide choice of dials, its City Guide application boasting some thirty cities around the world and its collection of interchangeable straps, the Tambour Horizon continues to explore the possibilities offered by avant-garde technology to perpetuate the spirit of travel and the quest for personalisation so dear to Louis Vuitton. The Monogram flowers and the Damier motif will take centre stage on the dial thanks to the new variations offered. After choosing the motif and the colour of the dial (black or white), what remains to be selected is the colour of the motif from the five proposed. The Monogram flower or the Damier motif will form the background to the digital display. True to the spirit of travel dear to the Maison, the Tambour Horizon beats to the rhythm of the world thanks to its GMT function: the names of the most important cities and their local time can appear in different colours in a single movement. In addition, the Tambour Horizon with its My 24 Hours dial adorned with Louis Vuitton flags, symbolising the world of travel, and two hour and minute markers, as well as day and date indications in the centre, is available with four different backgrounds: black and multicolour for the Classic version; black and blue for the Cruise version; black and green for the Explore version; or, finally, white and pink for the new Dream version. With My 24 Hours, it is possible to obtain three other essential functions: date, weather and pedometer. The numerous customisation possibilities previously available now also include two iconic dials for Louis Vuitton, namely the Regatta and the Spin Time. The former takes on the style, shades of blue and countdown function of the original Tambour Regatta watch, while the latter allows the time to be read according to the innovative Spin Time rotating cube principle. This watch can now be personalised with two new images, inspired by Nicolas Ghesquière's Cruise 2018 fashion show: two colourful Kabuki masks appearing in the centre of the dial. An extra detail: when the watch is on, the eyes of the Kabuki mask come to life and look around, signalling the time. When the watch goes into off mode, the eyes close and the mask falls asleep. The Tambour Horizon watch also celebrated Chinese New Year: twelve new dials are now available, featuring figures from the Asian zodiac, namely dog, pig, rat, beef, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey and rooster. Finally, the exclusive City Guide function connects the Tambour Horizon to the most beautiful places in the 29 cities featured in the Louis Vuitton City Guides, now revealed on the touch screen. The 'Around me' function also makes it possible to locate hotels, restaurants, local bars, famous shops, secret monuments and historical sites near the watch owner in real time. The Tambour Horizon's City Guide application also has a '24-hour' function to organise the trip before departure.
