The appointment of Serge Weinberg as the new chairman of the board of directors of Corumafter the recent death of Severin Wunderman, who had held this position since 2000. Weinberg, formerly chairman of the board of directors of the Pinault-Printemps-Redoute ('PPR') group, founded his own investment company 'Weinberg Capital Partners' three years ago, which deals with mergers-acquisitions and real estate management. He is also non-executive chairman of the Accor Group, as well as a member of the management of Schneider Electric and the Gucci Group. Great satisfaction with this choice was expressed by Richard E.
