New appointments for TAG Heuer

Frédéric-Arnault

LVMH announces the appointment of Frédéric Arnault as CEO of TAG Heuer effective July 1st. His position at the helm of the company will see him play a role in supporting innovation and accelerating TAG Heuer's development, as he did during the launch of the latest Connected watch, after having directed the entire design phase. A pioneer in the watchmaking industry since 1860, the Maison will continue to maximise the potential of its iconic Carrera, Monaco and Aquaracer series, while consolidating its industry-leading status with its third generation smartwatch. Stéphane Bianchi will assume the role of CEO of the Watches and Jewellery Division, also as of 1 July. In his new position, he will take the reins of the jewellery Maisons Chaumet and FRED, as well as TAG Heuer, Hublot and Zenith. Jean-Marc Mansvelt, Managing Director of Chaumet, and Charles Leung, Managing Director of FRED will report to Stéphane Bianchi in his new role. Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari, will continue to report to Toni Belloni, Managing Director of the LVMH Group. "It fills me with pride to see Frédéric succeed me at the helm of TAG Heuer after the key role he played in its strategic repositioning. He has been able to carve out a place for digital at the heart of the company's aspirations, give new impetus to the collections, while skilfully managing the development and launch of the third generation of connected watches, which has been a huge success. Frédéric is passionate about watchmaking and I am convinced that his management, supported by his team, is the best way to take this wonderful Maison to the levels of success it deserves." declares Stéphane Bianchi. In addition, Vittorio Colalillo has taken over as General Manager of TAG Heuer Italy and CEO of LVMH Watch & Jewelry Italy as of June 1, 2020. The manager takes over from Roberto Beccari, who has been at the helm of TAG Heuer Italy since April 1998 and took over as CEO Watch & Jewelry Italy of the LVMH Group in 2003. Vittorio Colalillo has been part of Roberto Beccari's team since 2011 where he was Sales Manager for TAG Heuer Italia. A passing of the baton in the sign of continuity of the management line. "I am honoured to take over from Roberto and thus have the opportunity to continue the path that we started together nine years ago. Just as our Group's brands are examples of innovation and evolution, while always maintaining strong ties with their history, our goal will also be to continue the evolution of our work, while holding firmly to the objectives and values that underpin it", said Vittorio Colalillo. Roberto Beccari will retain his role as CEO of LVMH Watch & Jewelry Italy until the end of August 2020.
