Swiss watchmaker Delma has announced that world-renowned yachtsman Nick Moloney is the brand's new global ambassador. During his 30-year career, Nick has conquered 13 world sailing speed records, competed in two editions of the America's Cup and circumnavigated the globe three times participating in the Volvo Ocean Race, Trophée Jules Verne and Vendée Globe. Nick Moloney is also an avid surfer, windsurfer and freediver and was the only person to have crossed the famous Bass Strait, which separates Australia from Tasmania, solo and unassisted on windsurfing. By virtue of this close bond with the sea, we should remember that last year the House was chosen as Official Timekeeper of the New York-Vendée Transatlantic Race, one of the five regattas that make up the IMOCA Ocean Masters World Championship, the world championship for super skippers.
