After the openings of the flagship shops Breil Milan of Berlin, Florence and Barcelona in early 2008, here is the new New York opening at 148 Spring Street in Soho on 23 June. Its area covers 155 square metres, distributed between the ground floor where small leather goods, eyewear and perfumes are sold, and the vault below dedicated to the purchase of bags, watches and jewellery. The décor is also diversified: in the first case, the entire left wall is covered with original tiles by the Dutch artist Edwin Vlassenroot, while opposite the ceramic wall is a beehive set up with sunglasses; in the second, in a more intimate ambience, large light oak walls make their appearance. This new architectural concept will be extended to the flagship stores in Rome, scheduled to open in September, and Milan.
