Officine Panerai, main partner of the exhibition 'O'Clock. Design of Time, Design Time'.

From 11 October 2011 to 8 January 2012 Triennale Design Museum presents "O'Clock. Design del tempo, tempo del design", a major exhibition that aims to investigate the relationship between time and design. The exhibition, curated by Silvana Annicchiarico and Jan van Rossem and with a special installation project by Patricia Urquiola, is realised in partnership with the haute horlogerie brand Officine Panerai which, on the occasion of the opening, will present an installation dedicated to the design of its watches. A wide selection of site-specific works, installations, design objects, works of art, and videos by international artists and designers seek to answer questions such as: "How do we measure time?", "How do we show the passing of time?", "How do we experience time experientially?". All the works on display deal with themes such as the passing of time, time in the making, and perishability, in a way that is sometimes amusing, sometimes poetic, sometimes meditative and critical. Hours: Tuesday-Sunday 10.30-20.30, Thursday-Friday 10.30-23.00. Address: Triennale Design Museum, Viale Alemagna 6 - Milan, tel. 02 724341, fax 02 89010693, www.triennaledesignmuseum.org.
