Pisa Orologeria celebrates the 75th anniversary of the IWC Portuguese with a limited edition of 25. It is a special series for sale exclusively in the new Flagship store in Via Verri. The Portugieser Annual Calendar Edition "Pisa" respects the features that have made this model famous: a 44-millimetre stainless-steel case, a black dial with rhodium-plated hands and a black alligator leather strap. On the dial, the continuous seconds are positioned at 9 o'clock, the 7-day power reserve at 3 o'clock, and the calendar with month, date and day of the week in a window at 2 o'clock. The orange details on the dial and inside of the strap pick up on one of Pisa Orologeria's typical stylistic features: it is a colour that is present in the boutiques. "IWC is not used to associating its brand with partnerships, but Georges Kern, CEO IWC Schaffhausen, decided to make an exception to recognise Pisa Orologeria's commitment over 75 years in spreading watchmaking culture in Italy," said Beppe Ambrosini, General Manager IWC Italy.
