Parmigiani Fleurier - New partnership with Pomellato

The new partnership between Parmigiani Fleurier and Pomellato was announced yesterday in Milan. The first result of this union is a ladies' watch from the Swiss brand's Tonda 1950 collection, adorned with a dial signed by the prestigious Italian jeweller. The Tonda 1950 is Parmigiani Fleurier's most representative model and, thanks to its ultra-flat, sober and refined lines, it can easily be reinterpreted in new and seductive variations. The Tonda Pomellato is made exclusively in pink gold. Pomellato has also redesigned its hands and hourmarkers in four dial versions, each with a different setting.

Three of the four versions of the Tonda Pomellato are inspired in their dials by Pomellato's "Arabesque" jewellery collection, characterised by an openwork pattern in pink gold that gives life to precious transparencies with coloured stones, while the fourth variant is inspired by the Italian maison's Capri collection, in its most iconic colour, turquoise. In fact, the entire dial is covered with a very thin disc of turquoise, illuminated by a case studded with diamonds on the bezel and lugs. The movement is the automatic PF701 calibre, with a 42-hour power reserve.
