Piaget at the Biennale des Antiquaires

After having made its debut in 2010 among the great names of Haute Joaillerie present at this event, Piaget is repeating its participation this year at the Biennale des Antiquaires, running in Paris until 23 September, with a brand new collection created especially for the occasion. Within the splendid setting designed by Karl Lagerfeld, the Piaget Maison is in fact presenting Limelight Couture Précieuse, comprising 12 Haute Joaillerie watches and 59 pieces of jewellery (including 4 important jewellery sets) inspired by the most refined Haute Couture creations and made entirely in-house in the manufacture's Geneva ateliers. For the Couture Précieuse collection, Piaget deployed some 30 of its professionals (designers, watchmakers, jewellers, gem-setters, polishers, etc.) who devoted hours and hours of work to these creations - for some models, up to 800 hours were required!
