The RM 055 Bubba Watson Boutique Edition, produced in only 50 pieces, is offered exclusively in the Richard Mille Boutiques in Geneva, Paris, London Mount Street, Harrods, Milan, Monaco, Dubai, Abou Dabi, Dohan and the pop-up boutiques in Porto Cervo and the Saint Tropez Polo Club. The bezel is made of micro-bead-blasted titanium carbide, an alloy of titanium and carbon with a hardness of 1,450 Vickers. The bracelet and back are made of titanium, also micro-bead-blasted. The hand-wound RMUL2 movement in grade 5 titanium is skeletonised, with a PVD and Titalyt surface-treated plate and bridges. Designed in collaboration with renowned golfer Bubba Watson, the RMUL2 movement is able to withstand accelerations in excess of 500 G.
