It is called 'Near You' and can be used for simple strap or battery changes up to full maintenance services on high-end chronographs. To use it, simply send an e-mail to customercare@it.swatchgroup.com or make a simple phone call to 02/57597800. In this way, the customer will receive directly at home, via DHL courier, a kit to send the watch to Swatch Group Italia Customer Service: it is an exclusive case, depicting the brand logo of his watch, with everything necessary for shipping. Simply fill in a form with your details, describe the problem with the watch and specify the method of delivery: dispatch organised by Swatch Group (providing the customer with the timetable); autonomous organisation of collection by the customer (via a convenient link); or via a DHL Point close to home. For customers of high-end watches, on the other hand, strictly ad hoc delivery by courier service.
