TAG Heuer Official Timekeeper of the Goodwood Festival of Speed

For the occasion, the company presented an exclusive Carrera chronograph dedicated to the event, produced in only 100 numbered pieces. 

TAG Heuer, which returns to Goodwood this year after another ten years, perfectly represents the spirit of precision and innovation that characterises Goodwood. In fact, the Swiss company has a deep connection with motorsport, and just this year returned to the role of Official Timekeeper for the Formula 1 World Championship.

AG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Festival of Speed

The collaboration between TAG Heuer and the Festival also gave rise to the new Carrera Chronograph x Festival of Speed, produced in a limited and numbered edition of only 100 pieces. Equipped by the Manufacture automatic calibre TH20-00 (28,800 vibrations per hour, 80-hour power reserve, column wheel), this chronograph employs a 42 mm steel case water-resistant to 10 atmospheres (100 metres).

The green guilloché engraved dial with clous de Paris has two counters, dedicated to chrono minutes (at 3 o'clock) and chrono hours (at 9 o'clock). At 6 o'clock are the small seconds and the date display. The applied hour markers with SuperLuminova white ensure optimal readability in all light conditions. The hour and minute baton hands are also luminescent.

On the flange is the sexagesimal scale, on a green background, and the glass protecting the dial is domed sapphire with double anti-reflective treatment The sapphire glass back, with logo of the Goodwood FoS, allows one to admire the movement and is engraved with the progressive numbering for the limited edition. The brown perforated calfskin strap, with white stitching, recalls the world of racing and is combined with a steel folding clasp with a double safety button. The price is £6,450 (equivalent to approximately €7,540).
