The motoring weekend dedicated to cafe racers, scramblers, specials and classics is back, staged from 17 to 19 May at the Monza Autodrome. On track also TAG Heuer as Official Timekeeper of The Reunion and Sprint Race categories. An Italian preview at the brand's lounge at The Reunion of the new Autavia collection. And it was precisely with a model from this watch line that the Maison awarded the winner of the Sprint Race. The main features of the new Autavia include the carbon Isograph balance spring, which ensures precision and stability of the automatic movement in all conditions, even and especially when travelling or during sporting activities. The colours chosen are the sober and elegant shades of khaki, brown, blue, the leather of the leather strap, the steel of the bracelet and the lightness of Nato fabric, perfectly matching the wardrobe of a contemporary traveller. The oversized crown is the same as the original 1911 dashboard model, designed for use by pilots wearing gloves. The steel or ceramic bezel frames a dial equipped with three hands and luminescent indices coated with SuperLuminova for optimal legibility by day and night, in all light conditions. The penumatic and propeller engraved on the caseback evoke the collection's historical heritage.
