Ulysse Nardin - BaselWorld 2012: El Toro Blu

A limited edition of ninety-nine pieces for the new El Toro Blu from Ulysse Nardin, available exclusively in the brand's boutiques. It is a perpetual calendar with a dual time function, powered by a self-winding mechanical movement, calibre UN-32, chronometer-certified by the COSC and with a white gold rotor winding a 45-hour power reserve barrel. The calendar is adjustable using only the crown, while the second time zone is equipped with a patented quick-setting mechanism. The case, made of 18-carat rose gold, surrounds a blue dial protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and surmounted by a blue ceramic bezel, the same material also used for the push-buttons. The strap is made of rubber with a titanium and ceramic folding clasp. Price: 48,100 euros.
