Ulysse Nardin: new 42 mm divers

Ulysse Nardin is launching the new 42 mm Divers, smaller and more wearable for everyday wear. The concave bezel and domed sapphire crystal are the same as the 44 mm models, but the new models have a vintage look, thanks to the clean design of the dial, touches of retro beige, and the central seconds hand in place of the small seconds counter. The inspiration is that of a diver made in 1964: the 'Diver Le Locle'. The GPS coordinates of Le Locle, the Manufacture's headquarters, decorate the dial.
All the essential codes for a diver are present: SuperLuminova at 0 o'clock, on the hands and on the rotating bezel to ensure legibility at first glance even in the darkest depths, and water resistance to 300 metres. Its heart is a new generation: the automatic UN-816 calibre. The Blue Shark Limited Edition version is made of steel with a blue pvd bezel, blue dial and a strap with bright orange touches, and is limited to 300 pieces, with a blue shark printed on the case back. Prices: 5,800 to 6,800 euros.
