The sea is an element linked to the brand's history, which is still expressed today in its sponsorship of the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge vintage sailing boat regattas. The dial of this model is an intense blue colour, emphasised by the satiné soleil finish, which creates captivating light effects. Also blue is the leather strap with contrasting écru stitching. The Luminor 1950 case in polished AISI 316L steel has a diameter of 42 mm. The movement is the IWC-manufactured P.9001 automatic calibre, with a three-day power reserve (visible from the back side) and GMT function via a central arrow hand. It is available exclusively in Panerai boutiques around the world, sold in an elegant blue box in polished cherry wood, inside which there is also a second rubber strap, as well as a replacement tool and a screwdriver.
