To illustrate the Overseas collection, Vacheron Constantin announces a collaboration with the famous American photographer Steve McCurry. This partnership is based on the concept of eternity, a common denominator between the photographer's work and the Maison, between the representation of the world and the expression of time. As the Overseas models embody the spirit of travel, the idea was to choose 12 places, 12 rare, little-known and sometimes inaccessible sites, immortalised by the photographer's lens, in harmony with the values of the House. The shots reflect the spirit that Vacheron Constantin has nurtured for 260 years. Rigorous discipline, patience, creativity, movement, transmission and openness to the world are just some of the pillars that put the path of the manufacture as well as that of Steve McCurry in the perspective of eternity. The journey will start in Geneva in February 2016 and continue around the world for a whole year.
