Watches & Wonders 2021: a fully digital edition built on unity and openness

It is news today that the next edition of Watches & Wonders will be completely digital. The decision to cancel the physical show, scheduled for 7-13 April 2021 at the PalaExpo in Geneva, was taken by the Exhibitors' Committee in light of the uncertainty of the current health crisis. Among the participating brands listed in the communiqué are Rolex, Patek Philippe, Chopard, Chanel and Tudor. It will therefore be a virtual 100%, which will take place on the same dates as watchesandwonders.com, with new services and features and where exhibiting brands will be able to present new products and interact directly with the public. A responsible decision considering the current health crisis and the uncertainties as to how the situation will evolve. With this in mind, the watchesandwonders.com platform, introduced in April this year, will be updated and implemented with additional services and new features, including live chat and live streaming, to improve communication and make networking even easier. The new digital trade fair also aims for greater openness with the invitation extended to new participating brands: up to 50 exhibitors with the goal of becoming the industry's leading trade fair event in 2021. In this way, the next edition in 2022 will be a physical exhibition, the largest ever held in Geneva, welcoming the biggest names in the watch industry.
