Breguet - Tradition Automatique Seconde Rétrograde 7097

What stands out about Breguet's new Tradition, which will be presented at Baselworld 2015, are the refined decorations that catch the eye: the grenaillé finish used on the bridges and mainplate, and the more traditional guilloché on the silvered gold hour dial, off-centre at 12 o'clock. Retrograde seconds are indicated by a special hand at 10 o'clock that overlaps the hours and minutes dial with a brushed semi-circle with a circular motif. Unmistakable, then, is the so-called "parachute" at 4 o'clock, a characteristic element of the Tradition collection, whose function is to protect the axis of the balance from possible shocks. The movement is mechanical with manual winding, calibre 505SR1, the case is in 18-carat white gold.
