F.P. Journe's LineSport collection has been enriched by the new Chronographe Monopoussoir Rattrapante model, available in three versions: PT 950 platinum, 18-carat red gold and grade 5 titanium. The 44 mm-diameter case houses the new hand-wound mono-pusher chronograph movement with split-seconds function and large date, in 18-carat pink gold for the red gold and platinum versions and in aluminium alloy for the titanium version. The metal bracelets are associated with the respective cases. Two new bracelets in platinum and gold with a satin finish have been specially developed. The titanium bracelet, on the other hand, is identical to the existing version of the LineSport. The case and links feature rubber inserts, similar to the bumpers of old cars, which protect the metal of the watch from any minor impacts. The bracelet attachment and links are developed to fit different wrist sizes and the folding clasp is adjustable in length by plus or minus 5 mm. This watch has a power reserve of 80 hours, allowing the chronograph to be used with the split-seconds function for two days. A different coloured dial has been made for each of the three versions: for the platinum model, a blue guilloché silver dial with matt grey gold applique numerals, two silver chronograph counters, matt rhodium-plated hands; for the 18-carat red gold model, a ruthenium-plated guilloché silver dial with matt red gold applique numerals, two silver chronograph counters, matt red gold hands for the titanium version, a slate-coloured aluminium alloy dial with applique numerals in SuperLuminova, two chronograph counters engraved in sapphire and hands with SuperLuminova.
