Girard-Perregaux - Hawk watch collection

Two new models for Girard-Perregaux's historic Hawk collection: a chronograph and a diver's watch in a 44 mm stainless steel case. The Sea Hawk is guaranteed water-resistant to 1,000 metres and is equipped with a valve for releasing helium during decompression and a counter-clockwise rotating bezel for calculating dive times. The contrast between the different materials used, such as brushed steel for some components and rubber for the bezel, octagonal ring and crown, underlines the strong character of this timepiece, powered by the GP3300 calibre, a self-winding mechanical movement.

The Chrono Hawk plays with contrasts; black details highlight the watch's elaborate architecture, from the flange to the octagonal rubber ring that holds the satin-finished steel bezel. The strap is made of leather lined with rubber, while the dial features two perfectly symmetrical counters at 3 and 9 o'clock; the movement is the GP3300 calibre: visible through the sapphire crystal case back, mechanical with automatic winding.
