Greubel Forsey - Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève

Great success for Greubel Forsey's Invention Piece 2, which yesterday won the prize for the "Grand Complication Watch" category at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie in Geneva. Presented at the Sihh 2011, it is the third timepiece to win such an important award after those obtained by the Double Tourbillon 30° Technique in 2009 and the Double Tourbillon 30° Edition Historique the following year. "We are very honoured to receive this award for Invention Piece 2" - speaking is Stephen Forsey, co-founder of the Maison, together with Robert Greubel. "This watch pays tribute to our second fundamental invention, the Quadruple Tourbillon. Its architecture reveals the beauty of its complex mechanism and highlights its hand-crafted finishes. This recognition rewards Greubel Forsey's constant quest for innovation and perfection.
