Greubel Forsey - Sihh 2012: Quadruple Tourbillon Secret

The particularity of Greubel Forsey's new Quadruple Tourbillon Secret lies in the display of the tourbillons, which are visible only from the back side; the front side, on the other hand, leaves room for a harmonious arrangement of multiple dials. The watch, as its name suggests, is based on a mechanism using four tourbillons grouped in pairs, each housing an autonomous oscillator connected to a spherical differential. The latter multiplies the chronometric performance of the two regulating organs by two, allowing for an improved rate. Only eight pieces in platinum are available, equipped with a hand-wound movement, calibre GF03j. Price: 720,000 Swiss francs (excluding VAT).
