At the beginning of October, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Gioielleria Colombo in Casatenovo, in the province of Lecco, the new Watchmaking Service Centre was inaugurated. The workshop, inside the historic boutique in Piazza Mazzini, covers an area of over 120 square metres and is staffed by specialised master watchmakers who are constantly updated on the most advanced technologies in the sector. Here, there are rooms for disassembling and repairing watches, a washing room and an external cleaning room. With the aim of providing an even more integrated and unique service in the area, the Casatenovo jeweller's shop guarantees assistance both for watches purchased in the facility and for watches owned by the company. "Every watch is unique and important not only for its economic value, as it marks time and accompanies us in our daily lives, marking important moments, special people, or simply giving us the pleasure of wearing it on our wrist. Keeping it in perfect working order is the mission of the Service Centre opened by Gioielleria Colombo," commented Dario Colombo, the third generation in the family jewellery business.
