Measuring just 12.9 millimetres thick, the four new G-Shock G-Steel GST-B400 watches consume 55.7% less energy than their predecessors with only two hands and the Bluetooth Low Energy system. Benefiting from this improvement is both the main dial, available in black, red and black, blue or silver, and the secondary dial at 9 o'clock, which displays the different modes, battery level and other information, ensuring maximum readability. These watches are equipped with practical functions, including automatic time adjustment, via connection to a dedicated app, and the Time & Place function that allows the current location and time to be recorded on a map by simply pressing a button on the timepiece. Other features offering maximum convenience include the reminder function, which allows the user to keep track of events scheduled in the app, and the dual LED illumination, which ensures that the watch is easy to read even in low light.
