The Angelus pluricomplicate

Ultralight and ultra-sporty, the U30 model from Angelus combines prestigious complications: tourbillon, flyback chronograph and split-seconds. Its 47-mm-diameter, 15-mm-thick case is made of black DLC titanium and houses a 350-component skeleton self-winding mechanical movement, entirely developed, decorated, assembled, adjusted and encased at the Angelus manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The split-seconds function, in particular, allows the central chronograph seconds hand to be split, thus enabling two events to be measured at the same time. At any given moment, the same pusher brings the two hands together. In addition, the split-seconds and flyback function makes it possible to reset and restart a timing operation with a single press, without first having to stop and reset the hands. The dedicated split-seconds hand pusher is integrated into the crown at 3 o'clock, from which it barely protrudes. Likewise, the chronograph start and reset pushers are barely prominent and perfectly integrated into the silhouette of the case middle. The power reserve is located at 7:30. Equipped with a rubber strap, the U30 Black Titanium is available in a limited edition of five and is priced at CHF 66,700 excluding tax (price subject to change).
