Piaget's Valentine's Day

Hard stone dials are one of Piaget's specialities. Since the 1960s, when the company began to use diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires more and more frequently, but also malachite, lapis lazuli, jade, tiger's eye, coral and onyx. Turquoise is the stone used for the dial of the Altiplano model with its 34 millimetre white gold case. Shining out are the 72 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel. The movement is mechanical, hand-wound, Manufacture Piaget calibre 430P, with a power reserve of around 43 hours. In a limited series of 38, it is on sale for €30,600.
