A watch Concord on the wrist of Javier Matías Pastore, an Argentinean footballer who currently plays for the Palermo team: it is the C1 Pure model with a steel case, 44 millimetres in diameter, surrounded by a metal protection ring covered in white rubber, and a bezel surmounted by eight knights. Guaranteed water-resistant to a pressure of 20 atmospheres, the new Concord chronograph is fitted with a white rubber strap closed by a folding clasp. The movement is mechanical, self-winding Valgranges, with a 48-hour power reserve and chronometer-certified by the COSC. The watch was chosen by the player himself on the occasion of his visit to the brand's official retailer in Buenos Aires, shortly before his departure for the World Cup in South Africa, recruited by the coach of Argentina's national team, Diego Armando Maradona.
