Both male and female, the Tambour Spin Time by Louis Vuitton is characterised by originality and innovative mechanics. The men's model, the Tambour Spin Time GMT is made of white gold, size XL (44 mm). The time is read by the simultaneous rotation of two of the twelve visible axes (current time/next time). Each, at its end, is fitted with a cube that successively has a numbered side (indicating the hour) or a neutral side bearing the engraving of the famous V. The movement, automatic calibre LV 119, is also equipped with a GMT function (displayed by a yellow hand) and a date display.
The ladies' model, again in white gold but with a 39.5 mm case, sports a precious dial set with white and black diamonds and finished in dark black lacquer. The current time is displayed by 12 small rotating cubes: 11 of them will have the same colour as the background; only one will be the opposite colour to the background and will indicate the hour. The minutes are indicated by a central hand. The movement is the automatic LV 96 calibre.
