Meccaniche Veloci has signed the MoneyMaker collection, a trilogy of timepieces offering a whimsical version of the Quattrovalvole model inspired by the financial markets. Three different versions are available: MoneyMaker White, with a 49 mm brushed natural titanium case and white guilloché dial, limited edition of 250 pieces; MoneyMaker Black, the same as the previous one but with a black guilloché dial, limited edition of 250 pieces; and a precious version in 18-carat rose gold - MoneyMaker Gold - with a polished bezel and black guilloché dial, limited edition of 88 pieces. The four time zones on the dial, each of which is independently adjustable via the crown at its end, mark the hours of the world's major stock exchanges, each bearing the symbol of its reference currency in black SuperLuminova. Below are visible cylindrical radiating bars that echo the aesthetics of the massive armoured doors of bank vaults. All the hour and minute hands are coated with SuperLuminova and the seconds function is marked by the red hand on the dial with the British pound emblem. The date, on the other hand, appears on the dial with the euro symbol and can be read through a circular window. At the heart of the watch is the MV8802 calibre, a movement designed entirely in-house by Meccaniche Veloci, manufactured and assembled in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
