The dial of the Breguet Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat is tinged with dark blue, applied using the traditional Grand Feu enamel technique. The shade chosen for this new creation consists of a series of shades of blue that help to enhance the silver-dusted indicators on the dial. Beneath the latter beats a 581 calibre, a self-winding mechanical movement distinguished by its technological performance. The movement of the brand's thinnest tourbillon is no more than 3 mm, for a total case thickness of 7.45 mm. Set between 4 and 6 o'clock, the tourbillon is housed in a titanium cage containing a custom-made escapement and a Breguet balance with silicon balance spring. The latter oscillates at 4 Hz, a particularly high frequency for a tourbillon balance. In terms of power reserve, the Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat Automatique 5367 enjoys an 80-hour power reserve, made possible by a high-energy barrel, a patented invention of the House.
